Water sEx

When you think of sex, the words wet, slippery and hot come to mind, especially if you’re talking about having sex in water. However, water sex isn’t as easy as jumping into the pool and going at it. In fact, water sex is pretty dangerous for many reasons. Having sex underwater -- or "submerged" sex -- is simply not a good idea, especially for women. Here are some ways to get wet and wild without going below the surface.

Sexy but safe

While having sex in water is slippery fun, you still have to practice safe sex, and unfortunately, if you plan on using a condom, know that water and condoms do not mix.

Not a lot of research has been done, but here is what we know: Hot water and chemicals (like chlorine) most likely affect a condom’s durability, so don’t count on the protection. The other problem is the increased chance of the condom slipping off. That is not only nerve-racking but also awkward for everyone involved. It’s a good plan to have some backup condoms at the ready.

Stay wet

You would think that with all the extra liquid, sex in water would create extra lubrication, but that isn’t the case. Water actually washes away the natural lubrication from a woman’s body, which can lead to some not-so-pleasurable sex.
Your best bet is to use a silicone lubricant, which is not water-soluble and will make penetration a lot more comfortable for both of you.

Ready for the deep end

Once you've settled the condom situation and got your hands on some lube, you’re set. So where can you go to indulge in a little aqua love?

In the pool: A public pool is out of the question, so stick close to home on this one. The problem with pool sex is the chlorinated water rushing in and out of your lady, which can cause damage and infection. A good alternative is oral sex. Have your girl sit on the deck of the pool or on the stairs while you stand in the water, or vice versa.

In the tub/shower: If your tub is small, you could have trouble in the missionary position, but the shower is a great place for standing-up sex. You get the pleasure of being wet, without the chance of too much water entering private areas. For safety purposes, invest in some anti-slip stickers for the floor. Once you get going, you don’t want your gal sliding all over the place. Having something to hold onto (a stable rack, or bar installed in the shower) wouldn’t be a bad idea either -- this will provide support for from-behind action.

In open waters: Salt water isn’t exactly a vagina’s best friend. A good, old-fashioned hand job could be the best option. The worst part about lake or ocean sex is the sand factor. Somehow, even if you are extra careful, sand ends up lodged… places. Instead, start things off in the water, but then head to dry land. Have a big blanket on the beach where you can head off to when it’s time to do the deed. You should be a fairly decent swimmer if you fool around in a lake or the ocean. Make sure you both have footing in reach and that the waves and undertow aren’t too strong. And be aware: sex is illegal in public places, so this might be a good time to keep your eyes open during the deed.

Breeding ground of racism

The cow head demonstration by the Shah Alam Section 23 residents clearly showed how far race relations have "progressed" after 52 years of independence.

No thanks to our former Prime Minister whose 22-year reign saw racial extremism rearing its ugly head in many of the institutions he created.

The Biro Tata Negara (BTN) was just one of them.

In Mara colleges and UITM institutions of higher learning, he made it exclusive only to the Malays and most, if not all, graduated without having any contact with non-Malays.

It was perhaps in these so-called exclusive Malay institutions that fertile minds are poisoned with racial bigotry and hatred.

What was spewed during the month of Ramadan on that day was not only seditious but the brutal act of stomping repeatedly on the severed head of the cow was so despicable.

What we saw could only have been performed by savages. Yes, our country is now reaping what we sowed.

Our leaders have sowed the seeds of racial hatred in order to perpetuate their hold on power and in doing so they have succeeded in poisoning the minds of our young.

In merely one generation, we have successfully created a hostile Malay race so intolerant of other races and their religions.

The cow head demonstration and the vitriolic speeches merely confirms the underlying venom that is festering in the Malay psyche that has been poisoned by the government.

Even as the prime minister preached the need to tear down walls that divide the races, his party controlled media, Utusan Malaysia, was spewing racial rhetoric to raise the anger of the Malays against the non-Malays.

There are still good intelligent Malays who could see the hypocrisy of Umno. And many of them have spoken vociferously against the cow head demonstration which was not only against the tenets of the Quran but to do the act in the holy month of Ramadan was just simply disrespectful to the religion of Islam.

Islam forbids Muslims to be disrespectful to other religions lest non-Malays retaliate and it was un-Islamic to desecrate the carcass of dead or living animals.

What is shocking is the home minister's defence of the perpetrators' actions. According to the incompetent minister, the perpetrators were blameless and somewhat justified in their act even though they had acted seditiously and incited racial hatred.

Law abiding citizens across every racial divide can now see how the laws are administered by the BN government controlled by Umno.

One begins to wonder whether the whole episode was indeed orchestrated by Umno on the behest of the PM in order to destabilise the Selangor state and bring an end to the Pakatan rule in Selangor.

The event—which incidentally will double as Brown's comeback, marking his first public performance since the February attack—is being organized by Jermaine Jackson, who today announced the first round of performers taking part in the bash at the imperial Schoenbrunn Palace.

All told, 20-25 artists are expected to take part in the "very special tribute," which Jackson said would feature "unforgettable music, as well as [shed] light on this wonderful humanitarian."

I had a maid called Anna ... MAn she was horrible... at the first few weeks it was okay... but when it came to the few month period, I told her i wanted to watch tv, but then she screamed at me saying 'eh saya ni tengah tengok la, nanti I bagi' . I was like wth man. Even when my friends came over she juz watch the tv without bothering, my friend thought it was my aunty -.-"...

When it came crossing the first year, she started being so picky at food that if u buy non-chili char kuay teow for her she will start screaming running amok in the house. This is holycrap man. That was too much. She was sent back few days after that incident.

Do you think maids deserve extra pay? Accounting to our own pay we cant support them. Not all of us earn 1000 a month extra. How are we suppose to pay them. Shouldnt we give them bonuses for a good job instead of juz giving them pay? insentive is a good thing in all society.

12 YEARS FOR KILLING SON

A 30 year old man was jailed 12 years by high court for causing the death of his son.
G. Arumugam admitted to the offence.

According to the statement of the facts, the lorry driver telephoned his wife who had been at work then, saying that their son was not breathing.He den with his wife brought their baby to the hospital, it is then the baby is pronounced dead.

The man said that he was carrying the baby in his arms, which den the baby slipped from his arms into the drain. But post mortem showed that the baby suffered multiple head injuries from blunt objects.

The baby was probably killed by his father. It was said that the infant was either stepped or punched. Imagine an elephant stepping on you. This is a sad side to Malaysians. The judge has given a very light sentence. he should be sent for community service to help the Orang Kurang Upaya Kids to see the gift from God that he destroyed....

He waits until there is only one woman in the restroom in a neighbouring unit/stall. The criminal then stands on the toilet seat and points a hand gun into the next unit/stall, demanding the woman's valuables. After getting her cash and jewellery, he demands that she removes all of her clothing and kicks them out of the unit/stall. The thief tosses the clothing into a shopping bag, hangs an 'out of order sign' on the restroom door outside, and slips back into the mall. The 'out of order sign' ensures no one will soon come to the woman's rescue. It usually takes an hour or two for the woman to work up the nerve to leave the rest room in the nude, giving the criminal ample time to make his get away. The woman is left naked humiliated in a mall full of strangers. The best defence, says police, is to never go into a shopping mall restroom alone, as only women who are by themselves are targeted. PLEASE FORWARD THIS TO EVERYONE YOU KNOW. This has so far been a nearly perfect crime, as none of the perpetrators have been caught. Don't let this happen to another woman.

INGREDIENTS

• 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
• 4 small potatoes, peeled and halved
• 2 large onions, finely chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger root
• 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
• 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
• 1 teaspoon ground cumin
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 medium tomatoes, peeled and chopped
• 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
• 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint leaves
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
• 1 (2 inch) piece cinnamon stick
• 3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken pieces cut into chunks
• 2 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
• 1 large onion, diced
• 1 pinch powdered saffron
• 5 pods cardamom
• 3 whole cloves
• 1 (1 inch) piece cinnamon stick
• 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
• 1 pound basmati rice
• 4 cups chicken stock
• 1 1/2 teaspoons salt

DIRECTIONS

1. In a large skillet, in 2 tablespoons vegetable oil (or ghee) fry potatoes until brown, drain and reserve the potatoes. Add remaining 2 tablespoons oil to the skillet and fry onion, garlic and ginger until onion is soft and golden. Add chili, pepper, turmeric, cumin, salt and the tomatoes. Fry, stirring constantly for 5 minutes. Add yogurt, mint, cardamom and cinnamon stick. Cover and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally until the tomatoes are cooked to a pulp. It may be necessary to add a little hot water if the mixture becomes too dry and starts to stick to the pan.
2. When the mixture is thick and smooth, add the chicken pieces and stir well to coat them with the spice mixture. Cover and cook over very low heat until the chicken is tender, approximately 35 to 45 minutes. There should only be a little very thick gravy left when chicken is finished cooking. If necessary cook uncovered for a few minutes to reduce the gravy.
3. Wash rice well and drain in colander for at least 30 minutes.
4. In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil (or ghee) and fry the onions until they are golden. Add saffron, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon stick, ginger and rice. Stir continuously until the rice is coated with the spices.
5. In a medium-size pot, heat the chicken stock and salt. When the mixture is hot pour it over the rice and stir well. Add the chicken mixture and the potatoes; gently mix them into the rice. Bring to boil. Cover the saucepan tightly, turn heat to very low and steam for 20 minutes. Do not lift lid or stir while cooking. Spoon biryani onto a warm serving dish.

While this recipe is time consuming, it is well worth it! I made a couple changes, I added cashews and raisins when adding the chicken broth, and I used chicken wings and drumsticks with the bone-in instead of cutting up the whole chicken. This is easier, and I wanted to avoid dry pieces of chicken in other biryani dishes that I have had. The chicken came out extremely tender, it was falling off the bone. Absolutely delicious! The flavor is mild for the Indian palatte, so if you like it spicy add more spice, but overall this recipe is a definite keeper. This would be a great dish to make for a lot of people as the quantity is large. Also be sure to use basmati rice with this it is so aromatic and delicious.

THAI RICE ^^ NICE

Prep Time: 30 minutes

Cook Time: 8 minutes

Ingredients:

• SERVES 2-4
• 1 small can pineapple chunks, drained, OR 1 whole pineapple (see instructions below)
• 3 cups cooked rice, preferably several days old (Tip: if fresh, leave for an hour or more in the refrigerator uncovered)
• 2-3 Tbsp. peanut, coconut, canola, or other vegetable oil for stir-frying
• 1-3 Tbsp. vegetable stock (or chicken stock if non-vegetarian) for stir-frying
• 2 shallots, thinly sliced
• 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped or pressed
• 1 red or green chili, thinly sliced (reduce or leave out if you prefer very mild fried rice)
• 1 egg (vegans can omit)*
• ½ cup frozen peas
• optional: 1 small carrot, grated (about 1/4 cup)
• ¼ cup raisins or currants
• ½ cup raw unsalted whole cashews
• 3 spring onions finely sliced
• 1/3 cup fresh coriander
• STIR-FRY SAUCE:
• 2 Tbsp vegetarian fish sauce, or soy sauce (use regular fish sauce if non-vegetarian)
• 2 tsp. curry powder

1. Mix 1 Tbsp. oil with the rice, using your fingers to separate any chunks into grains. Set aside.
2. In a cup, stir the fish sauce/soy sauce together with the curry powder.
3. Place 1-2 Tbsp. oil in a wok/large frying pan and turn heat to medium-high. Add shallots, garlic, and chili, stir-frying until fragrant (1 minute). Whenever the wok/pan becomes dry, add a little stock (1/2 to 1 Tbsp. at a time).
4. Crack egg (if using) into wok and stir quickly to cook (like making scrambled eggs). Again, add a little stock when the wok/pan becomes dry.
5. Add the carrot (if using), peas, cashews, plus the fish/soy sauce mixed with curry powder. Stir-fry 1 minute.
6. Now add the rice, pineapple chunks, and currents. Gently stir-fry to combine over medium-high to high heat until the rice "dances" (begins to make popping sounds) - about 3 minutes.Tip: Avoid adding any more stock from here on, or your rice will turn out soggy. The wok/pan should be fairly dry.
7. Remove from heat. Do a taste-test for saltiness, adding a few shakes of salt or up to 2 Tbsp. more [veggie] fish sauce, as needed. (If you happen to over-salt the dish, add a squeeze or two of lime juice.)
8. To serve, scoop rice onto a serving platter (or in a carved-out pineapple, if serving at a party - see link at beginning of recipe). Top with spring onions and coriander, and ENJOY!

*Note: Vegans may omit the egg without losing the flavour or nutrients of this great dish (cashews provide the main protein source).

Teoh Beng Hock

The inquest into the death of political aide Teoh Beng Hock will for the first time hear testimony from a "mystery witness" alleged to have been a victim of torture by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC).

The person will be called to give evidence pertaining to a police report he lodged last year against several MACC officers alleging they had slapped, kicked and beat him to the point of causing injury when questioned.
