A 30 year old man was jailed 12 years by high court for causing the death of his son.
G. Arumugam admitted to the offence.
According to the statement of the facts, the lorry driver telephoned his wife who had been at work then, saying that their son was not breathing.He den with his wife brought their baby to the hospital, it is then the baby is pronounced dead.
The man said that he was carrying the baby in his arms, which den the baby slipped from his arms into the drain. But post mortem showed that the baby suffered multiple head injuries from blunt objects.
The baby was probably killed by his father. It was said that the infant was either stepped or punched. Imagine an elephant stepping on you. This is a sad side to Malaysians. The judge has given a very light sentence. he should be sent for community service to help the Orang Kurang Upaya Kids to see the gift from God that he destroyed....
